With the help of our Canadian sister store Bacchus Books, through secret underground tunnels, tucked amongst sunscreen and short shorts, our used book stock continues to grow, shift and change. Trade-in credit for your gently used books is always welcome. From classics, to cartography, to calligraphy, to Czech language romance, Alma Libre Bookstore is your wordy wonderland. We are constantly on the lookout for used books of all genre and promise that lurking amongst our shelves awaits just the right book to accompany your Puerto Morelos experience.

Help share the wordy wealth by bringing in your gently used books for trade-in credit. Fill a suitcase with Socrates, bulge a backpack with Borges, or perhaps just a grocery bag of Grisham. We are always looking to build our collection and need you lovely booklings out there to help us. If you are travelling this way from afar and have used books to bring, please contact us and we would be happy to cover the cost of you bringing an extra bag along. Wield the word with some sass and class as we are want to say.

We would be thrilled to track down titles for you and have them delivered to Puerto Morelos along with our orders. We will cover the cost of shipping. You only pay cover price. We have been in this weird and wild business of new books and used books for nearly two decades and strive to be more than helpful. Books are our passion. Email us, Facebook us, or send word by pigeon, pelican or parrot. Pre-order before your journey to Puerto Morelos and we can have your new books waiting for you upon arrival.
